Advanatges of Working



        In this day of age, in pace with economic development, working is a must to do or even an obligation to the human being nowadays such as adults, adolescences, senior citizen and so on. Therefore, I think most of the people will definitely hear this word before because it is a quite famous word that we learned in class since we were in primary school, secondary school, college. However, working is really very essential to our life. Otherwise, our life will be worthless and lifeless. Why? This is because it plays a main role to lead us to better prospect and the better life. So that, what is the advantage of working regarding our individual development? Here are my two cents, so let us check it out.


        First and foremost, working plays an important role in problem-solving. This is because when we go through a task that allocated by others，there will be a lot of tough and challenging problems that we never face in doing a task. Meanwhile, we have to figure out some efficient approaches to solve those various of the problem that we face. Then, we have to consider various of factors that would influence our task to decide which way is better to be launched to solve problems. By this process, the ability to solve the problem is going to be improved. For instance, as an employee that working for a construction company, when marketing department got few projects from other property companies, our department manager will assign us to in charge of these projects respectively. But first, if we want to start the project, of course, we need sufficient resources like manpower and construction resources. Therefore, there will be some problem we are going to face such as scarcity of labors and resources. Then, we have to establish new strategies to solve these problems as soon as possible to start launching our project. For an example, we could hire quite a number of labors to make sure there is no lack of labors problem in the following construction process. Now, come to resources, if we would like to ensure that all of the resources are consistent and sufficient enough for construction, we could purchase construction materials from the wholesaler, but in low cost and high quality. By the way, when you can solve all the problems in your job or even in your life, problem- solving won't be your weakness anymore.  In a nutshell, working will improve your ability of problem-solving.
        In addition, working is a way to let us learn to interact with others. This is because we will not work in a company without any communication ever. What I would like to convey is we will not work in an environment without any communication, that will be a monotonous job. So, there is no any possibility that employee will keep working alone without any information and assistance. For an example, without communication among employees, how can we collaborate to complete every task that allocated by top management for achieving organizational goals. Thus, sometimes we have to cooperate with our colleagues to complete a big project. As a quote saying, unity is the strength. However, we could complete every single task more efficiently with our colleagues. In the same time, there is a benefit which is relationship and interaction among employees will be improved. So that, we will not reject to interact and will not be forced to interact with the colleagues, but voluntary to interact with others. In short, we can learn how to interact with others by working together.

        Besides that, we can learn new knowledge by working. This is because we can learn many pieces of knowledge that we never learn in class when we were in primary school, secondary school, college. These bits of knowledge are not in the academic syllabus and they can be used in our real life. Therefore, it can be known as a treasure for us because it is quite pragmatic for us to face and solve many problems based on these pieces of knowledge that we learned. For example, what if we undertake property industry, we can get some knowledge as sales techniques, advertising, property evaluation and social skill. So that, if we would like to purchase a property personally, it will not be a problem for us because we are knowledgeable and expert enough in this industry. As the maxim goes, knowledge is power. Thus, it is pragmatic in working and our life. In simple terms, working will absolutely make you become stronger and knowledgeable.

       
        Last but not emphatically least, working can improve our personal development. This is owing to we are going to which profession or interest that is suitable for us by undertaking various of occupations. Hence, we can define our life goals and dreams that we are going to accomplish as our career. So that, our life will not be meaningless, but gorgeous. Then, when we have our own life goals, we are going to work hard and learn even more new knowledge to enrich and improve ourselves. Consequently, we can improve our development rapidly within a short term.


        In conclusion, as those benefits that I mentioned above, working is really essential and bring along many advantages to us. Hence, working can bring along some changes to us and improve ourselves in many ways. Then, working is also a turning point in changing our perspectives to our life after started our working life. It also makes our life more joyful with entertainment and various kind of challenges. Moreover, it makes us stronger than others by working as well. Then, we can recognize the various type and race of friends to expand our social circle with our social skills that are learned from working. So, do not think working is monotonous, it really not such a bad thing in our life. Therefore, do not refuse it and accept it to make your life more gorgeous. Lastly, let us seek for our dream and achieve it as our accomplishment. Just do it!!!
